PolyMax

Granular partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide. Performs the functions of a thickener of water-based drilling fluids and an encapsulator of drilled rock. The reagent avoids problems with the dispersion of active clays and increasing the density of the drilling fluid, and also significantly increases the efficiency of cleaning the wellbore from the drilled rock.

Dosage: 1-3 kg / m

PolyMax L

Emulsion form of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide, characterized by a high rate of dissolution in an aqueous medium and ensuring the absence of polymer clots. Retains fluid properties at low temperatures (minus 50 ° C). The reagent avoids problems with the dispersion of active clays and increasing the density of the drilling fluid, and also significantly increases the efficiency of cleaning the wellbore from the drilled rock. The use of the reagent together with SPA L allows to achieve the optimal set of properties and provides a comfortable preparation of polymer-clay drilling fluids on a water basis, which does not require high mixing speeds.

Dosage: 2-6 l / m

IGS-20

Physico-chemical inhibitor of hydration of clays, designed for drilling water-sensitive, unstable deposits. The principle of action is based on the formation of microcollimating particles that block the pores of clay rocks, preventing their hydration.

Dosage: 20-50 l / m

IGF-18

Aminic inhibitor of clay hydration, hydrophobizing mineral surfaces. The reagent has a high charge density and reacts with the basal surfaces of clay particles, creating a hydrophobic shell on them, thereby blocking the penetration of water molecules into the layered aluminosilicate structures.

Dosage: 10-50 l / m
